We greatly enjoyed staying here, the place met the criteria. The rooms were spotless and large with good wifi kept by the extremely friendly staff. The location was exceptionally nice for exploring Harare. The whole experience was perfectly pleasant from start to finish, recommend.

Excellent value, room was impressive, staff were affable. The location was wonderful for Harare, next to airport. Also, Monavale Vlei was 2 km away. The room with good wifi.

Really great overall experience. Good staff, efficient services, and wonderful location close enough to local attractions and avondale shops and shopping malls. Wi-Fi and an air conditioning in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Free parking on-site provided. Everything great.

The rooms had really cozy beds and a decent work desk, plus a big flat-screen TV with lots of channels. the hotel was situated in a good spot, in a peaceful and secure neighborhood. 🌟

The Palace Guest House provided a well-kept garden and proximity to Avondale shopping center. the staff, especially Miss Kuku at reception, were helpful and friendly. the shower had consistent hot water and good pressure, and the wifi was reliable. they gave us access to the kitchen, which was great for cooking our own meals.
Felt immediately at home, no reason to complain.

Stayed at a "fully equipped room" with a leaking shower and no key. Great location for fly lovers, especially at the reception. Thanks for the big food portions, at least they can't mess that up.
Such a shame they forgot my towel and the cold tap. And connectivity?

My stay at the Palace Guest House was pleasant and enjoyable. The room provided for my family of three met our expectations. My daughter especially loved the experience.
